Edоuard Martinet's Surreal Scrap Metal Sculptures

You could say that French artist Edоuard Martinet is a perfectionist but that would be an understatement. Looking at his exquisite sculptures, it is hard to believe that they started out as a collection of scrap metal parts salvaged from old cars, bikes, typewriters etc. These perfectly assembled, incredibly lifelike creatures look like they came right out of a steam punk novel.
