Amazing Animal Sculptures Made of Old CDs

Australian artist Sean Avery makes these stunning sculptures using shards cut out of old CDs. It is a very slow and labor intensive process as he shares on Deviant Art: "My sculptures are all constructed with recycled materials — old CDs, computer hard drives etc, so I classify my work as "sustainable art". They're a lot of fun to make, but they take an extremely long time to finish, so I don't do a lot of them."
