The Nuance Interactive Natural Assistant, or NINA, is a cloud-based AI developed by Nuance. Like Apple's Siri, Nina can perform contextual dialogue with its user, but unlike Siri, Nina can have "continued conversations with multi-turn and contextual dialogs," which makes her a worthy customer service assistant.
"She's all business," Nuance says. "Your business. Your brand. Your voice. She's a banking assistant, travel assistant, investment assistant, hotel booking assistant. The possibilities are endless."
